    Download the File#

    Download the zip file containing the PPL plugin. GITHUB LINK

    Installation into OpenCart#

    Upload and install the downloaded zip file into OpenCart.

    In OpenCart, click “Extensions” and then “Installer”.

    Click “Upload” and locate the plugin zip file.
    3.
    After installation, you will find the plugin in the left menu under Extensions → Shipping.
    Click the pencil icon “Edit” to open the configuration.

    In the “Settings” section you can enter access credentials and label information.

    Login Credentials Setup#

    After installation, you’ll be notified to enter the login credentials received from PPL.
    Click “login credentials” and enter them.

    Data Verification#

    Once the credentials are saved, you will be informed whether they are correct and working.
    If the credentials are not filled in, the module and shipping services will not function.

    Label Settings#

    The entered details will then be filled into the label settings section.
    Missing information will be announced.

    Order Status Synchronization#

    Set how order statuses should be synchronized during dispatch.
    Synchronization works via cron jobs.
    Set the maximum number of shipments based on whether cron is executed by OpenCart or separately.

    Label Printing#

    Open the order detail and click “To print”.

    This adds the shipment to the Print Batch.
    You can access the batch via the “Settings” button or in the plugin configuration under the “Print” section.

    Print options:
    1× label per A4 page
    A4 – 4× labels (with selectable label position)

    Note: If the shipment contains multiple parcels, labels will be generated for each one.
    The format can be changed using the image toggle or the dropdown for position selection.

    Cancel Shipment#

    Click “Cancel”.
    The shipment will be switched to “Canceled” in the PPL system.
    Shipment status will automatically update in about 5 minutes.

    Pickup Order#

    1.
    In the left menu, click “Pickups” → “Order Pickup”
    2.
    Fill in the details and click “Create and order pickup”

    On the pickup list page:
    Click the three-dot icon
    Select “Order” or “Cancel” if you want to cancel the pickup

    This section allows you to report a problem related to the plugin.
    If you encounter an issue, fill in your contact email and describe the problem.
    By clicking “Submit,” we receive your message along with system logs to help us solve the issue.
    The Copy to Clipboard button copies all information to your clipboard, which you can then send to us in any way you prefer.
